The Three Rivers Community Foundation works to improve the quality of life for its service area within ISD 728 and the areas surrounding Elk River, Otsego, Rogers and Zimmerman. They offer grants and funding for businesses and non-profite organizations, as well as recognize leadership skills in the community.
Their website features a custom design as well as a content management interface, so board members can log in and make updates to the website content as needed.
