The Customer Service Representative is an integral role in our company, heading up communication between customers and other team members: Sales, Development, and Project Management. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be speaking daily with customers and our development team, helping to ensure we continue to provide top notch customer support to our existing and potential customers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be required, and agility for learning new technology will be essential for assisting customers with support requests or minor website upkeep requests.
