Shane was able to work to design a project scope that fit within my budget, balancing their work and my own. Mariann kept me on track and answered what felt like millions of tiny questions. Jasmine wrote fantastic content, and the developers handed me a site (and clear instructions) that is intuitive and easy for me to edit and update. By launch day I felt incredible comfortable on the backside of our site and am thrilled with the end result.
