Jessi’s love for website development started in 1993, when at the age of 12 she learned HTML and coded her first website. Jessi spent her late teenage years working on freelance website projects, and in college she held a part-time position as webmaster for the college radio station.
Jessi graduated from the University of Minnesota, Morris in 2004 and holds degrees in Mathematics and Philosophy, with a secondary concentration in Music Theory. She incorporated Iceberg Web Design in 2005 as a way to advance her career and drive her passion for website development. Today, Jessi’s passion lies in business growth, and she spends her time on high level business operations and overseeing the company’s vision for growth. She is passionate about maintaining a culture where people love to come to work and can grow both personally and professionally.
Jessi also speaks at business development conferences, and she enjoys networking with business owners and mentoring freelancers and agency owners looking to grow. Jessi is an active member of the Anoka Area Chamber of Commerce, and is also a board member at Montessori Renaissance Academy in Anoka, where her two boys attend school.
Jessi lives just north of Anoka with her two boys and four cats. She enjoys gardening, vegan cooking, begrudgingly training for her next 10k run, and traveling around the world.
