Jessie started at Iceberg in 2019 as our Customer Service Representative. She has been working in customer service for most of her career, and loves to help people. She loves when she connects with a customer – either in person or on the phone – and they leave the conversation happier than they were when they first came in or called. Jessie finds joy in putting people in a better mood, and she loves to make people smile.
Jessie is passionate about the industry, and loves working in an energetic environment. She continues to improve her website design skills daily, and successfully launched her own website for her jewelry making business.
Jessie grew up in Ogilvie, Minnesota – a small town with a population of just 326. Today, she lives in Ramsey, Minnesota. In her spare time Jessie loves working in her yard, attending Twins games, and traveling. Her main hobby and side-business is making jewelry, which she sells online and at local boutiques and craft shows.
