Mariann joined the Iceberg Web Design team since 2017, and has grown with the company from a customer support role, to Project Manager, to our Head of Operations. Mariann is an active member of Iceberg’s leadership team.
Every customer works with Mariann as she guides their project to keep things running smoothly. On the business end, Mariann prepares our budget and helps with project scoping, team building, and company growth strategy.
Mariann’s DIY skills don’t stop with the sewing machine. She loves getting her hands a bit dirty with home improvement projects, with furniture assembly topping the list. Mariann also knows everything about cars, and has become the team’s go-to for advice on tires, oil changes, and more.
Her dog, Teddy, frequents the Iceberg office and enjoys hanging out with the team and meeting customers.
Mariann joined Iceberg Web Design in 2017 and has grown alongside the company into her role as Head of Business Operations and Project Manager. She plays a central role in keeping projects moving, teams aligned, and clients supported from kickoff through launch and beyond.
With over 250 website projects managed, Mariann brings a highly organized, detail-driven approach to every stage of the process. She works closely with both clients and the internal team to ensure timelines stay on track, communication stays clear, and each project delivers on its goals. Her ability to balance structure with flexibility helps create a smooth, collaborative experience for everyone involved.
At Iceberg, Mariann is known for her planning mindset, problem-solving skills, and genuine care for both clients and team members. She values the strong, supportive culture at Iceberg and takes pride in being part of a team that works closely together and truly enjoys what they do.
Mariann holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Business Administration: Management & Marketing from St. Catherine University.
She lives in Cambridge, Minnesota with her family and her shih tzu, Teddy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time near the water, reading (often finishing multiple books a week), and planning her next DIY project.
