Mariann joined Iceberg in 2017. She has an extensive career history in customer service, working closely with individuals in many different industries including food service, retail, advertising, radio, automobile, and administrative services. This gives her a broad understanding of how different types of people approach projects.
Mariann is the Head of Business Operations, and also works as Iceberg’s dedicated project manager. She is the main point of contact for our customers during active development projects. She excels at managing project timelines and reviewing design and development work with business owners. She loves seeing a new website go live, and continually working with our customers to add new features to their websites.
Mariann graduated from Saint Catherine University, and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Business Administration: Management/Marketing.
Mariann lives in Cambridge with her family and her adorable shih tzu Teddy. She enjoys coffee, music, and sewing.
