Shane Bader

Shane joined the Iceberg team in 2016 after relocating to Minneapolis from Chicago. Shane has been working in lead generation and digital marketing for more than a decade. He has extensive experience with generating new business and promoting brand images in a multitude of industries.

At Iceberg, Shane focuses on building a solid foundation with important discovery questions to get to know his customers’ business needs. This extra attention to detail helps bridge the gap from our customers’ business functions to provide the most effective solution within Iceberg’s expertise. Shane is now the Vice President of Sales & Marketing helping to grow the company by not only building our customer base, but expanding Iceberg’s suite of offerings.

He enjoys getting to know business owners and helping them with marketing strategies that focus on results that fit in with their culture.  His passion is to provide sound solutions that help to bring out our customers’ motivation to succeed. 

Shane graduated from the University of Iowa, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Communication Studies. Shane was born in San Francisco, California and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Today, he lives in Fridley with his wife Britta, his daughter Adilyn and their dog Lenny (who spends much of his time at the Iceberg office!). In his spare time, Shane enjoys mixing records and fishing.
