Tabby joined Iceberg Web Design in 2026 as the Leadership Operations Assistant. She helps keep the day-to-day office environment running smoothly, supporting both the team and visiting clients.
From organizing the workspace to handling the small details that keep things moving, Tabby plays an important role in creating a welcoming, comfortable, and well-run office.
Tabby enjoys being out and about with her family, whether that’s catching live music, trying new restaurants and local breweries, or spending time outdoors. In the summer, you’ll usually find them at a beach, pool, or playground.
At home, life stays busy and fun with Milo, their golden retriever, and Cash, their senior “cat in black.” Tabby is pictured here, at a restaurant just before heading into a show!
Tabby is the Leadership Operations Assistant at Iceberg Web Design, where she helps keep the day-to-day office environment running smoothly. From organizing and maintaining the workspace to ensuring the office is stocked with supplies (and plenty of good beverages), she plays an important role in creating a welcoming, comfortable space for both the Iceberg team and visiting clients.
In addition to keeping the office humming, Tabby supports the team with light administrative and marketing tasks, assists with social media engagement, and helps ensure the small but important details never fall through the cracks. Her attention to detail and supportive mindset help the team stay focused on delivering great work.
Before joining Iceberg, Tabitha spent nine years as a stay-at-home mom raising her three boys. Earlier in her career, she worked in eye clinics as an ophthalmic assistant and gained experience in both customer service and front desk operations. She also holds a cosmetology degree and previously worked as a hairstylist.
Outside of work, Tabby enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband—who have been together since 2007 and married since 2015—love seeing live music, trying new restaurants and local breweries, and playing board games.
Much of their family time is spent outdoors, especially in the summer, when you can usually find them at a beach, pool, or playground. In her personal downtime, Tabby enjoys reading and audiobooks, baking, going for walks, binge-watching dramas, and diving into history—especially anything from ancient civilizations through the 1700s–1900s.
