EGPS had recently undergone a thorough branding update, creating new brand assets and visual strategy guidelines, and their existing website didn’t match the updated branding. It was outdated, and therefore didn’t accurately represent their company, brand or values.
While the information on the existing website was current and accurate, EGPS provides complex financial services. Describing their services created a site that was very text-heavy, making it visually unattractive, clunky, and overwhelming for users.
Their site was also difficult to navigate and lacked cohesion, creating a poor user experience.
We were able to modernize their design using their updated branding guidelines. There is now a cohesiveness between the colors and design on their printed materials and on their website.
We recommended simplifying the language throughout the site to make it easier for the reader to scan and digest.
We also added a staff portfolio, which included both photos and a bio. This enabled them to share their expertise in financial services.
EGPS is now able to accurately educate clients on their diverse set of offerings. The end result is an increase in customer and employee satisfaction.
